Day 1: Saigon Arrival (D)
Welcome to Vietnam’s bustling, vibrant and financial hub: Ho Chi Minh City, formerly Saigon. Upon arrival at Airport, you will meet your tour guide and driver then they get transfer to your hotel in the city center. Enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure to recover from jet lag and explore the city on your own. In the evening, a welcome dinner at the local Restaurant.

Day 2: Saigon cooking class – Cu Chi Tunnels (B,L)
HCM Cooking Class & Cu Chi tunnels is a program combining HCM Cooking Class program & visiting Cu Chi tunnels. After discovering Vietnamese medicine garden, Mushroom house & enjoying delicious food with HCM Cooking Class program, visitors will carry on a journey through the Cu Chi tunnels.

Day 3: Saigon – Mekong Delta – Saigon (B,L)
We start the tour early at 7h30 and travel to Tien Giang. On arrival you take a boat trip on the Tien River around four beautiful islets: Dragon, Unicorn, Tortoise and Phoenix. Travel on Xep canal observing Mekong style traditional houses made completely from coconut trees. At Quoi An village you are able to see handicrafts locally made using the coconut tree wood and shell. Here you can enjoy eating delicious, fresh, seasonal fruits and listening to traditional music. A horse and cart ride along the village path stops at Ben Truc orchard for you to sample local honey, tea or wine. See the bee hives that produce the local honey. From the farm, a rowing boat takes you to Palm Creek to enjoy your lunch at a local home on an islet. Experience the friendliness and hospitability of your host. Your boat will then take you to visit a coconut candy workshop where you can sample this specialty of Bentre province. Your tour ends to return to Ho Chi Minh City arriving about 5:00pm

Day 4: Saigon – Fly to Nhatrang (B,D)
You are free until the midday when your driver transfers you to the airport for a northwards flight to the beach city of Nhatrang. Upon arrival at Cam Ranh Airport, meet your tour guide and driver then visit the ancient Po Nagar Cham Tower, a sacred Hindu site dating back to the 7th century, Stone Church built in French colony time, to Long Son Pagoda - Buddhist pagoda built in commemoration of the monks and nuns who died whilst fighting the Diem Government.

Your overnight at Evason Ana Mandara Resort. It is Nha Trang’s only beachfront resort. Its 74 semi-detached garden villas, many with breathtaking views across the bay, offer classic Vietnamese touches. Dining choices include local, regional and international cuisine, presented using the freshest of ingredients.

The Beach is yours! White sand beneath your feet and a BBQ lunch prepared just for you and your loved one. Have this secluded island to yourself and spend a romantic day just for two. Very well organized by our professional and friendly staff. Relaxing & Enjoying your all day & own beach.

Day 6: Nhatrang – Fly to Danang – Hoian (B)
Breakfast at your resort before your short flight to Danang. On arrival, your driver will meet you and transfer to The Nam Hai – a magnificent resort set amid the lush landscape of the East Sea. Located along a one kilometer stretch of pristine white sand beach on Vietnam’s Central Coast, The Nam Hai offers a luxuriant tropical setting conducive to rest and relaxation.

Day 7: Hoian Walking- Cyclo tour (B,L)
Breakfast at hotel and be relaxing until 9am, our guide will take you to Hoian by car. Then, you begin a guided walking tour around this enchanting port town and visit numerous places of interest: 400 years old Japanese Bridge, 300 years old Chinese temple, 200 years old Vietnamese former merchants' houses, and the local fish market. Around the town you see numerous art galleries and tailor shops. You may have clothing “made to order”. Enjoy lunch in a local restaurant, and ride a “Xich Lo or “pedicab” to the opposite bank of Hoi An’s River. Here, you view the panorama of Hoi An town. Continue riding the “Xich Lo” through the tiny lanes of Hoi An’s countryside, passing the fields of corn, sweet potatoes and beautiful local orchards. At the local fishing village, you board a river boat for a 2 hours cruise to Cua Dai estuary, experiencing the day’s sunset.

Day 8: Hoian – free easy day at resort (B)

Today you are free at leisure.

Optional: We travel about 50km from Hoi An to My Son sanctuary. It comprises many Champa temples, in a valley roughly two kilometers wide, surrounded by two mountain ranges. It was the site of religious ceremony of kings of the Champa dynasty, and was also a burial place of Champa royals and national heroes. The My Son temple complex is one of the foremost temple complexes of Hinduism in South East Asia and is the foremost heritage site of this nature in Vietnam.

Day 9: Hoian – Fly to Hanoi (B,D)
Breakfast at hotel then drive to Danang Airport to catch the morning flight to Hanoi. Your driver and guide will meet you outside the baggage claim of Noi Bai Airport and take you to your hotel in the city center.

In the afternoon enjoy a cyclo tour through the Old Quarter’s narrow streets lined with French colonial buildings. Then you will have lovely dinner at the local restaurant.

Day 10: Hanoi City Tour (B,L)
South Pacific's driver and guide will pick up at your hotel. Our guide will take you to Tran Quoc pagoda and then Ho Chi Minh Complex with Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, his simple stilt house where he lived and worked and the museum dedicated to his memory. A short drive to The Temple of Literature - The first university in Vietnam dating back to the 11 th century to admire the beautiful construction and learn about Royal court and Vietnamese talents.

Have lunch in the local restaurant. Short time to relax before driving ahead to Vietnam Museum of Ethnology where you can get the overview information about ethnic groups over Vietnam through the well organized displays both in indoor and outdoor exhibition. Back to downtown for refreshment by Hoan Kiem Lake with Ngoc Son temple. Tour ends in your hotel.

Day 11: Hanoi – Halong Bay – Overnight on cruise (B,L,D)
After breakfast at hotel, your driver will meet you at hotel at 8:00 A.M to take you on a 4-hour drive passing the countryside of the Red River Delta to Halong Bay.
Welcome on board and set sail through Bai Tu Long Bay while seafood lunch is served. Rest your eyes on the azure waters of this magical bay, where thousands of sculpted limestone islands rise from the waves like dragons’ teeth, passing picturesque area around Mat Quy islet, Am islet. Mid-afternoon, get to Cua Van fishing village and enjoy a pleasant bamboo boat row to through the village with a museum and a school among floating homes. Visit Tien Ong cave then back on board to enjoy sunset cocktails and canapé. Dinner is served on board

Day 12: Halong Bay – Hanoi – Departure ( Brunch)
Start the day early to enjoy a Tai Chi class on top deck with an opportunity to admit the magnificent scenery of sunrise over the sea. After that, you can choose to go to Soi Sim beach for swimming or join your chef for cooking demonstration to learn more about Vietnamese cuisine art. On the way back, take deep cruise into Bai Tu Long Bay, passing Pearl Farm, Phao Dai islet, Tam Cung cave, Hon Xep islet, Dau Moi temple, opportunity to cruise through famous L’Indochine movie site (subject to tide condition).
Enjoy buffet brunch on board before arrival to the dock.
Transfer to Noi Bai International Airport of Hanoi for your departure flight. Good bye & Safe travels!
